I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, where the friendly staff made me feel right at home, and the beach just a short walk away offered a perfect spot to relax after exploring nearby Durres attractions like the iconic Durres Amphitheatre, less than 7 km away, and the serene Liqeni i Dursit, which is almost 2 km from the hotel, making it a truly enjoyable base for my weekend city strolls.

inadequate signage

The beach area could use more frequent cleaning to eliminate litter!!! The limited late-night options left me longing for more entertainment after hours!!! Signage around the hotel is confusing and could definitely be improved for better navigation!!!

amazing view

Couple recommended experience

I stayed in the King Room with Sea View, and let me tell you, the sunset views are out of this world,, it’s like a painting or something. The pool area is super chill too, definitely a great spot to relax after a long day.

It wasn’t inexpensive, but honestly, it was still worth it.

i had a wonderful stay at the amr. the location is perfect, just a short taxi ride to the center. the staff made us feel at home, providing a lovely surprise cheesecake for my husband's birthday! we enjoyed the stunning sea view from our king room and the outstanding food options during breakfast. the pool was clean and inviting, a great spot to relax.

Amr Hotel, Durres offered perfect hotel service even in the off-season. The personnel were incredibly helpful with everything from arranging taxis to providing great breakfast and bar service. The King Room with Sea View was immaculate, featuring a comfy bed and a beautiful view of the ocean. Truly a delightful experience!

A kettle or coffee machine would have been nice.
